On the Road in Canada

We did a lot of driving on this magical one week adventure through Vancouver Island (and Vancouver proper), so it stands to reason that at least one of these posts should center on those in-between places. 

Such as Cathedral Grove, a stand of old-growth Douglas Firs, some more than 800 years old;

This incredible vantage point of what I’m *assuming* is the Juan de Fuca strait or some such body of water in between all of Canada’s western islands;

One of my many attempts to catch some of the unreal foggy beauty slipping past our windows;

and the ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay to Vancouver (which was UNREAL!!!!11!!1)

Using Format
